Description
We are seeking a hands-on dynamic individual to join our team. The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel and providing guests with quality service in a timely and friendly manner.
This is full time (30-40 hours per week) working day shift and weekends are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with guests, vendors, co-workers and management.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through a properly maintained property, guestrooms and by responding promptly and efficiently to all guest complaints and needs.
- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel, including deep cleaning of assigned areas.
- Cleaning and setting up meeting function rooms.
- Delivering service items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.

- Hotel experience a plus
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Able to bend and stoop
- Able to climb ladders
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Availability on weekends and holidays.
